The scope of services is broad covering all areas of the value chain.We interact with the majority of DWS divisions and teams.Your responsibilities:As our Business Management Analyst, you will:Governance of all topics around the outsourced and delegated functions of DWS Investment S.A.:Collection and analysis of KPI decks to oversee the service quality of internal and external vendorsOrganization and documentation of service review meetingSupport the initial and the yearly due diligence processSupport projects and initiatives in coordination with internal and external stakeholders in an international environmentWe are looking for:Asset Management Specific SkillsBroad understanding of the asset management businessGood knowledge of the fund management businessGood understanding of Luxembourg regulatory environment1 year work experience in a similar position within a management company or asset managerPractical experience and knowledge of central administration services and depository services for alternative products would be an advantagePersonal skillsExcellent written and interpersonal skillsAbility to work and communicate effectively with various teams within and outside the organizationPro-active approachExcellent analytical skills and quick comprehensionFluent in English and German (spoken and written)What we’ll offer you:At DWS we’re serious about diversity, equity and creating an inclusive culture where colleagues can be themselves sand it’s important to us that you enjoy coming to work - feeling healthy, happy and rewarded.
