- Develop and evaluate innovative business models, identifying key unknowns and modeling their impact.
- Design and implement pricing strategies using value-based and cost-plus approaches.
- Build stochastic models to assess potential outcomes and guide strategic decisions.
- Support in-market experiments to validate minimum viable prototypes and business hypotheses.
- Create scalable business processes and methods to support global operations.
- Prepare financial statements and revenue allocation plans based on strategic assumptions.
- Lead communication efforts across technology, operations, and leadership teams.
- Create compelling materials for customer engagement and product pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or Social Sciences.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, or consulting.
- Background in engineering, consumer products, anthropology, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous environments.
- Proven experience in business analytics, pricing strategy, and iterative experiment design.
- Experience in fintech or startup environments is highly desirable.
- Advanced analytical skills, including stochastic modeling.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in behavioral prototyping and conducting primary/secondary research.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and global partnerships.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (0-25%).
