We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen our team within the scope of a large-scale transformation program. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in translating business needs into effective technical solutions, while serving as a key link between business stakeholders and development teams.Your Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews with business users (municipalities, internal services, etc.).
Analyze and document existing processes ("As-Is") and design target processes ("To-Be") using BPMN, UML, Archimate, and Visual Paradigm.
Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications.
Assess the impact and feasibility of proposed solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements.
Define and validate acceptance criteria, and support test teams in scenario definition and defect analysis (Azure DevOps).
Contribute to backlog creation and prioritization with the Project Manager, using tools like GitLab or Monday.com.
Ensure deliverables align with expressed business needs.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst on information system projects (ERP rewrites, migrations, etc.).
Strong background in workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in Agile/Scrum with CI/CD tools (GitLab).
Expertise in Visual Paradigm (BPMN, UML, Archimate).
Previous public sector experience is an asset.

Technical Skills

Requirement gathering (interviews, workshops, observations).
Process modeling with BPMN, UML, Archimate.
Writing functional specifications (User Stories, Use Cases, Business Rules).
Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Prince2, PMBOK.
Familiarity with ERP systems (finance, population management).
Understanding of UX/UI principles.
Knowledge of TOGAF/Prometa frameworks and microservices architecture is a plus.

Candidates should demonstrate expertise ranging from Base (1+ year), Standard (3+ years), Professional (5+ years) up to Expert level (10+ years) depending on the scope of skills and responsibilities.Soft Skills
